Practical is a language-learning app offered by Nubico Software Technologies SL.
1. Use of the service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not
resell it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
3. Subscription
- Practical is a subscription service. After creating your account you can do one
tutorial conversation for free; to keep using the app you need an active subscription. The
subscription includes everything: every situation from A1 to C2, live voice conversations, free
chat, daily games and a correction of every conversation.
- Plans: weekly (€4.99), monthly (€9.99) and annual (€99.99). On the App Store and
Google Play the price may vary by country and currency; the price that applies is the one shown to
you before you confirm the purchase.
- Free trial: the monthly and annual plans include 3 free days; the
weekly plan has no trial. The trial is limited to one per person: on the web, only for accounts that
have never had a subscription; on the App Store and Google Play, subject to Apple’s and Google’s
eligibility rules. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged; otherwise, the plan’s
price is charged automatically when the trial ends.
- Depending on where you subscribe, billing is handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play or
Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the
same length and at the current price, until you cancel it. On the App Store and Google Play you
must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or of the trial) to avoid the
renewal.
- You can cancel at any time, from your App Store or Google Play account settings or, if you
subscribed on the web, from “Manage subscription” in the app’s settings. You keep access until the
end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by the corresponding store; for web payments, write to us.
- Prices may change; we will give you advance notice of any change that affects you.
4. Artificial intelligence and generated content
Your conversation partners are an artificial intelligence. To reply to you and correct you, what
you write or say in conversations is sent to OpenAI, which processes it on our
behalf. Your name and email are not sent, and it is not used to train models (more details in the
Privacy Policy). By accepting these terms you give your permission for
this; you can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account (Settings → Delete account in the app), since without it you cannot have conversations.
Conversations, corrections and voices are generated automatically and may contain
errors; they are a practice tool, not professional advice.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its contents belong to us or to our licensors. The content you write
remains yours.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect
damages arising from the use of the app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
